Sunday Lunch

After Levis blessing we all went over to Carmen's moms for some carne asada! Oh how we love real Mexican food.

Carmen's mom had this lemon tree growing right in her yard. How awesome would that be to just walk outside and pull a fresh lemon right from the tree!

California Beach

When we went to California for Levis blessing, Steven took us to the beach. We all had so much fun. This was Brookes first time to the beach and she loved it. When none of us were looking she darted straight for the ocean. That girl had no fear. Justin played with her in the freezing cold water and she loved every minute of it. She was so sad when we had to leave. Justin and I got really lucky and stepped on tar. I guess the ocean washes up tar and we accidently stepped in it. Let me tell you that it is one of the worst things in the world. I scrubbed my feet forever that night and to this day I still have some on my foot that just won't come off.

Easter Egg Hunt

The Easter Egg Hunt was so fun. We had to wait about five minutes until it started and it was so funny watching all the kids keep trying to get the candy that had been thrown right in front of them.


Brooke ended up giving all of her candy to Mckade since all they threw out was laffy taffy and candy bars for the 1 & 2 year olds. Not the smartest selection if you ask me.

Copy-Cat

Brooke is so nice to her little brother. I laid him down on the blanket and she wanted to do what he was doing so she had to lay down next to him. If Landon ever fussed she would grab his binky and try and find any orifice that it would fit in. They are so cute. Landon will sit and just smile at Brooke when she talks to him.

I finally GRADUATED!!!

I have finally graduated with my Associates Degree!! After going to school through two pregnancies it is so nice to be done. I am so glad that I can be an example to my kids to show them how important it is to get an education. Thanks for every bodies support.
